Paint on canvas is the traditional art medium. Nearly all of the paintings shown here are done with acrylic paint on primed canvas. Acrylic paint has been an excellent medium for me over the years. It is very permanent and very flexible (it doesn’t crack or fade over time). I sometimes attach separate pieces of canvas to give the surface variation and depth. Applying pieces of canvas like this gives the paintings a “collaged” surface.
